As a small business with limited data processing activities, Carbotect™ has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as this is not a legal requirement in our context.

We only collect personal data when voluntarily submitted through the contact form on our website. This may include:

Additionally, we use:

  • Google Analytics (default configuration only) to understand website usage
  • Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention
  • An embedded YouTube video using Privacy-Enhanced Mode to prevent tracking unless played

The personal data collected is used solely for the purpose of responding to enquiries submitted through the website.

  • Spam prevention via Cloudflare Turnstile
  • Secure third-party tools such as Google Analytics and YouTube with privacy settings enabled


Please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We do not currently use a cookie banner as no marketing or advanced tracking cookies are implemented beyond Google Analytics. We may review this policy if cookie usage changes.

In the unlikely event of a data breach, Carbotect™ will assess the risk and notify the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and affected individuals where required by law.
